Applications: MOLCEL® ETH is most heavily used in solid dietary supplements, vitamin tablets and encapsulated food flavorings. In the food industry, it primarily acts as a thickener, stabilizer, edible protective coating, flavor encapsulator and oleogelator to structure liquid oils and replace saturated fats. It forms a clear, flexible moisture and oxygen barrier on fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and confectioneries to extend shelf life.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 3 years. Preserve in well-closed containers.
