MOLCEL® EMC is a cellulose ether based on Ethyl Methyl Cellulose. It is used as an emulsifier, stabilizer and foaming agent in food formulations. It helps create and maintain stable emulsions, improves texture and consistency and supports foam formation and retention. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring enhanced viscosity, mouthfeel and product stability.

PACKAGING

The shelf life is 3 years. It is stored in a tightly closed container in a cool, well-ventilated area.
