Application: MOLCEL® METH is a plant-derived, water-soluble cellulose derivative widely used in the food industry as a thickener, stabilizer, binder and gelling agent. It is commonly used in bakery products, sauces, soups, salad dressings, processed foods and plant-based meat alternatives. It acts as a thermal gelling agent, forming a gel when heated and returning to a more fluid state upon cooling. It also functions as a fat replacer, moisture-retention agent and texture modifier in low-fat and processed food formulations.

We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to international regulatory standards to ensure quality consistency with continuous supply.

The shelf life is 3 years. It is preserved in tight containers.
