Applications: MOLCEL® MCC is a widely used excipient for solid dosage forms like tablets and capsules, functioning as a binder, disintegrant, filler, lubricant and anti-adherent. Its excellent compressibility allows for strong, stable tablets, while its plastic deformation properties ensure they rapidly disintegrate for quick drug release. It topical formulations. It may be used to improve texture, consistency and the overall stability of creams, gels and lotions.

4 PH Between 5.0 to 7.5.
5 Starch and dextrin No blue or brownish-red colour is produced.
6 Organic impurities No red colour is produced.
7 Water-soluble substances Not more than 0.2%.
8 Arsenic Not more than 2 ppm.
9 Sulphated Ash Not more than 0.2%.
10 Loss on Drying Not more than 6.0%.
11 Assay Not less than 97.0% and not more than 102.0% of cellulose, calculated on the dried basis.

PACKAGING

MOLCEL® MCC is packed in HDPE bag or HDPE drum with double PE liners inside and is provided with a barcoded label and a tamper-evident seal.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 3 years. Preserved in tight containers.
